The Samuel P. Pardoe Community Room provides a 725 square foot meeting room with an adjacent kitchenette.  The bright and inviting space features a 30 foot glass end wall overlooking fields looking towards the Belknap Mountains.

The rustic Hay Barn is a seasonal facility (June-September) that dresses up nicely for events and meetings, providing 925 square feet of space in the main barn and several additional break-out spaces.

Facility rental includes:

• Chairs and tables
• Access to service kitchenette (Samuel Pardoe Community Room)
• Projection screen
