Cathy Duffy, Program Director, began working at Prescott Farm in 2001 and she is the CO-SEED educator at Gilford Elementary School two to three days per week. Cathy is the Naturalist Educator for the school vacation and summer day camp. She is a graduate of Plymouth State College where she majored in Elementary Education. She also holds an MS in Environmental Education from Antioch New England Graduate School. Previous to working at Prescott Farm she worked at Silk Farm Audubon Center in Concord, Nature’s Classroom in Freedom, the NEED Collaborative on Cape Cod, Shaver’s Creek Environmental Education Center in Pennsylvania, and for Maine Audubon on Hog Island. Her interests include animal tracking, photography, gardening and “nature-nerding” in general. Cathy lives in Thornton.
Sarah Dunham , Program Naturalist, began working at Prescott Farm December 2008 and she is the Naturalist-in-Resdience for Gilmanton Elementary School one day per week and the naturalist educator for the home school and preschool programs. Sarah is the Naturalist educator during school vacation and summer day camp. She is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA where she majored in anthropology & archaeology. She also holds an MS in Environmental Education from Antioch New England Graduate School. Previous to working at Prescott Farm she completed internships with Silk Farm Audubon Center in Concord and Massachusetts Audubon’s Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary in Topsfield, MA, and worked as the Education Coordinator at Canterbury Shaker Village. Her interests include vernal pool habitats, animal tracking, lichens, using wild plants for food, medicine & dye, fiber arts, cooking, and archaeology and she also manages the Canterbury Farmers’ Market. Sarah lives in Canterbury.
Berkley Cline, Program Naturalist, began working at Prescott Farm in 2007, and currently works as the Naturalist-in-Residence for Belmont Elementary School one day per week. She holds both a bachelors degree and a masters degree from UNH. Before working at Prescott Farm, she worked as an educator at Tin Mountain Conservation Center. Berkley works full-time as an educator at Massachusetts Audubon’s Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary in Topsfield, MA.
Kimberly Drouin, Office and Communication Manager, began working at Prescott Farm June 2009. She is a graduate of Plymouth State College where she earned a B.A. in Communication Studies and a Masters two years later in General Management at Plymouth State University. With over two years of non-profit experience she is looking forward to working and growing with the rest of the Prescott Farm Team. Kimberly, her husband and golden retriver Jaxson have hiked over half of the 4,ooo footers in the White Mountains. Kimberly lives in Andover.
Barbara DeAngelis, Weekend Greeter/ Admistrative Assistant, began working at Prescott Farm in December 2009. She holds a Bachelors degree and Masters degree from the University of Rhode Island. Before working at Prescott Farm, Barbara was a teacher in the Newfound Area School district. She is currently retired and lives in Laconia.
